Boot Camp

1 hour training session

Sessions are specifically designed to develop your strength, speed, fitness, muscle tone and reduce body fat.

Sessions take place on our specially built boot camp area which include battle ropes, pull up bars and dip bars, as well as using the assault course itself.

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Saturdays 9am-10am

Adults (18+) – £8

Juniors (13-17) – £6
